Thank you for choosing Zen Fix. We’re committed to delivering reliable service and total peace of mind with every plan you purchase. If anything isn’t right, we’ll aim to sort it out fairly and quickly.

 

Cancellation & Refund Terms

You have the right to cancel your service plan within 14 days of purchase for a full refund – no questions asked.

If you contact us after 14 days but within 28 days, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

After 28 days, refunds will not be available.

BACS / Direct Bank Transfer

Cheque (by post)

No matter how you pay, your 14-day right to cancel remains the same.

Plan Activation & Payment Processing

 

Once you’ve purchased a plan:

A member of the Zen Fix team will contact you to confirm activation.

You’ll be advised when payment will be processed.

Please ensure funds are available to avoid delays.

If payment fails, we’ll get in touch to confirm if you'd still like to proceed. If we don’t hear back, your plan will be automatically cancelled.

 

Authorised Payments Only

Payments must be made by the account holder or an authorised person.
We do not accept payments made under power of attorney or similar arrangements.
